What data we process

The data you provide through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. If you accept analytics cookies, also anonymous browsing data (see the Cookie policy).

Purpose

To answer your enquiries, requests and incidents.
To manage our relationship with customers of the water supply service.
If you consent, to measure website usage statistically.

Legal basis

Your consent, when you submit the form and tick the acceptance box (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Performance of the supply contract, for customers (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then for the legal limitation periods. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and the subsequent legal periods.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use service providers (web hosting and email) bound by data processing agreements. If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@linagua.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of your ID.

If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
